I cut my finger today, while slicing a bagel.  I'll live, but ow!

Other things I did today:

• Baked melting moments cookies, which turned out flat as my cookies tend to do.  They still taste pretty sweet :)
• Read the paper
• Met up with a coworker/?friend for lunch at the Citrus City Grill.  I had an awesome spinach salad and farfalle.  Mmm!

Oh, and today's truffle is Dark. (Husband says, hey, I bet it's a chocolate one! Smartass.) Erin comes in with a Peanut Butter one late :)

In an attempt to get in the holiday spirit today, I dug out the Christmas tree, decorations, ornaments, etc. and decided to decorate the apartment.  This was after we went to IHOP for brunch, and noticed that after the rain/precipitation on Friday, there is actually SNOW on some of the nearby mountains -- I will have to take pictures of that later ( Read more... )

... December 1st so I can open my Advent calendar :)  And this year, I decided to go big and splurged on the one with good Lindor truffles in it instead of mediocre flat chocolate.
